Get ready to kick off the new year with a burst of energy! The FLEX Fitness Center is rolling out an exclusive series of pop-up group fitness classes, happening January 5–16, 2026. Whether you’re looking to sweat, stretch, or shake up your routine, these limited-time sessions are your chance to try something fresh and fuel your fitness momentum.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: A supportive, full-body Pilates class that blends intentional breathing with smooth, controlled exercises. You’ll strengthen, stretch, and walk away feeling aligned and balanced.
